KED partners with Siyi Holdings to build a city-level smart energy network

On the afternoon of August 1, the "Investment Huainan • Monthly Signing" concentrated signing ceremony for investment promotion projects was held at the Huainan Municipal Government Center. Huainan Municipal Party Secretary Ren Zefeng attended and delivered a speech. The Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Zhang Zhiqiang presided over the signing ceremony. Chen Rujian, Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Cai Yihua, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, and city leaders Song Limin, Wu Ji Ahmaiti Tuerxun, Cong Yonggang, and Secretary-General of the Municipal Government Dai Yibin attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing.
Anhui KED New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Anhui Siyi Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture company, jointly committed to building a city-level smart energy network.
Anhui Siyi Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise group in Huainan City, established in March 2010, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Currently, the group company has total assets of 16 billion yuan, with 15 completed and ongoing projects totaling an investment of about 15 billion yuan, and has 15 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 2 joint ventures, and 2 limited partnership enterprises.
Siyi Holdings is deeply engaged in local economic construction and social development, involving diversified businesses, including project construction, investment and financing, asset operation, and new rural construction. With a deep understanding of the local market and rich resources, it has become an important force in promoting local economic development.
The cooperation between KED and Siyi Holdings will integrate the advantageous resources of both parties to jointly create a city-level smart energy network, which will not only greatly improve energy utilization efficiency and promote sustainable development but also bring more innovative opportunities to the city, drive the development of emerging industries, and enhance urban competitiveness.
