Unified Network Management and Cross-domain Integration
The KED SaaS platform can connect to the municipal big data supervision platform. Through its open API interface, the platform enables data sharing with property management units, fire safety departments, and other enterprises. This approach facilitates comprehensive management of regional smart charging, linking property management, fire safety, and community grid administrators. The platform also enables real-time monitoring and remote control of charging equipment, effectively enhancing fire safety standards.

The KED SaaS platform employs intelligent grid management, allowing each grid administrator to monitor all charging stations in their designated area at any time. Through smart data collection and analysis, it facilitates online inspections and early warnings for efficient oversight and problem-solving, significantly enhancing grid management efficiency!
Users can access one-stop site reporting, fault warranty, and 24/7 exclusive customer service through the mobile application. After an OTA remote upgrade, operation and maintenance personnel can easily collect operational data with a quick QR code scan, which can be viewed online in real-time for efficient operator maintenance. In the event of a major equipment failure, relevant maintenance personnel can be automatically contacted remotely. The system can also predict potential faults and issue early warnings, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to address issues promptly.

Enhanced Security for Fund Supervision
KED holds an ICP license, allowing it to independently deploy fund settlement channels to ensure transaction security. The platform utilizes Huawei Elastic Cloud Server (ECS) with multiple layers of protection to safeguard user data. Our SaaS platform enhances supervision through a one-stop solution for charging safety management, asset management, and transaction management, ensuring the transparency and traceability of fund flows.

Supporting Charging Fees + Service Fees Billing Model
KED actively responded to the notice issued by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission and the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation on June 20 regarding the regulation of charging fees for electric bicycles. Currently, the platform supports various payment models, including separate labeling and pricing for charging fees and service fees, ensuring transparent charging prices to meet public demands.
